Bernardini – Flambe’, by Fortnuate Prospect

A three quarter brother to millionaire and multiple Grade I winner Ron the Greek and stakes placed Max Speed, Zahodoom is one of only two sons of Bernardini standing in Florida. Zahadoom is a commanding impressive stallion, like three time ( G1) Ron the Greek, they are both striking grandsons of the great A.P. Indy. Ron the Greek won over $2.7-million with wins in the Santa Anita Handicap (G1), Stephen Foster Handicap (G1) and Jockey Club Gold Cup Invitational Stakes (G1).

Second dam Flambeau by Dixieland Band produced 8 winners from 9 foals, including stakes placed Fortuesque, dam of millionaire Musket Man, and the dam of champion A Capela. Third dam, Moment’s Prayer produced multiple stakes winners Miami Slick and Cielo Otono, granddam of popular young sire Graydar. Stakes winner Prayer Cap is the fourth dam and is a sister to Sunday Meeting and half-sister to champion 2-year-old Silent Screen and graded stakes winner Belladora.

Zahadoom is by champion 3-year-old and classic winner Bernardini ($100,000 stud fee), sire of Grade 1 winners and stallions; Stay Thirsty, Alpha, and To Honor and Serve, etc. Bernardini is currently ranked fifth among U.S. sires by 2016 progeny earnings and has sired 35 group or graded stakes winners here and abroad. By a champion and proven sire of Grade 1 winners, Zahadoom is a force to be reckoned with.

2017 Fee: $2,000
